Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer specialized in biodegradable wooden cutlery, such as wooden spoons, forks, knives, sporks, wooden sticks, coffee stirrers etc.
Q2: Can your products customized?
A: Yes, we can. We can put logo on cutlery handle (heat stamped), or a sticker on cutlery bag, or print on bag/carton. Cost of customized products is higher and MOQ request.
Q3: What information should I provide in my inquiry?
A: The following information is needed: item, quantity, quality grade, packaging (bulk in box, individually paper wrapped), print of logo (customized or not) etc. All those are helpful for our quotation. Non-standard products have a higher price and longer lead time.
Q4: What is the description of your standard products?
A: Packing: 1 set of spoon, fork and knife per box, 100boxes per carton~0.08CBM/27kg/ctn. (160mm series for an example)
Quality Grade: AB (Standard for European and American market)
No logo or custom print on product/carton
Q5: How about the lead time?
A: For small orders (below 200,000pcs): 3-10 days, Larger order such as a 20' container takes about 20-30 days. It maybe affected by backlog orders.
Q6: Can I get samples?
A: Yes, samples are free of charge, but shipping cost have to pay by customers.
